This all wool appliqué mat is the 2nd in this 4 part seasonal series.  I made a one-piece pattern for you to trace for the background so it would easily keep its shape. It features summer blossoms in several rose/pinks shades curving up to the light and dark laurel leaves.  The blossom centers are embroidered with a pistil stitch and the laurel leaves have a vertical fly stitch running through their centers. Many beautiful hand dyed wools in this kit. All wool backing included.
